Warranty Overview (Non commercial use):

• Shower Screens (excluding glass): 15 year Replacement Warranty.
• Tapware: 7 year Replacement Warranty.
• Basins: 10 year Replacement Warranty.
• Toilets: 10 year Replacement Warranty.
• Accessories: 10 year Replacement Warranty.

Please Note:

• The warranty is void if products are used inappropriately or for purposes other than their intended use.
• Installation must be performed by licensed professionals to qualify for warranty coverage. Unlicensed installations will result in the warranty being null and void.
• The warranty does not cover any damages resulting from incorrect installation.
• Any physical damages occurring post-installation are not covered under warranty.
